These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Playwatts Pte. Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore under registration number 202112319W.

When you create a PlayWatts account, you agree to the following terms. These Terms and conditions govern the use of any and all products and services provided by PlayWatts Pte Ltd to users of the Services.

The PlayWatts service consists in all products, software and services we provide to animate your social life, to benefit from what you create, and to keep your data anonymous towards the external world.

The PlayWatts service is funded from multiple sources depending on your plan.

i. Free users - The “Play” plan Instead of paying for the service, users acknowledge that we can display anonymized contextual ads in your groups. Users allow us to use aggregated and anonymized data that you share in groups of 3 people and more. Users may agree, if they wish to, to share data of groups of 2 people, but this option is disabled by default.
ii. Chargeable users - The “Play+” plan Chargeable users will receive the service for a monthly fee. A user under a subscription will select the groups - number of groups he can select will depend on his subscription plan - he wants to be ads-free and the data exchanged in these groups will neither be used nor processed by PlayWatts Pte Ltd for any other purpose than rendering the service.

PlayWatts collects information in order to deliver the service to its users. Utmost care and attention are used to secure and protect your information. All data we may share with third parties is fully anonymized and aggregated. The Data Privacy details how we collect, use and share information.

Users will benefit from our service under the following conditions:
• Users will use our service at their own risks and will bare all responsibility for actions done under the use of our services.
• User can't do or share anything unlawful or anything with any unlawful purpose using our services.
• PlayWatts has zero tolerance policy for any objectionable content or abusive behavior.
• User can't post any offensive or abusive content.
• User can't share any content covered by intellectual property rights that you do not own.
• User must report any unlawful or suspicious behavior of other users to his group admin and to us
• User can't provide inaccurate information, including personal information.
• Any damage or loss encountered by PlayWatts due to a user's use of our service will require direct compensation from the user based on PlayWatts's request.
• Users will fully comply to local laws, including the local minimum age requirement to join a social network.
• Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of PlayWatts. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a transfer of any Intellectual Property rights from us to you.
• By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service..

Our service includes services provided by third parties in order to improve user's experience. Users agree to the Terms and conditions from these services. The content and services provided by those third party providers are under their own responsibilities and PlayWatts will not bear any liability related to the user usage of these third party services.

PlayWatts may provide coins or points to its users which may be used to order specific services from PlayWatts or third parties through PlayWatts services. All Terms and conditions for granting and redeeming coins or points to users will be defined by PlayWatts. Coins or points may only be used by the user account who received the coins or points and only for the purpose defined by PlayWatts. Coins or points will not be refunded for any reason.

PlayWatts has the right to remove any user content and any user account in the case a user does not comply with our Terms of use or if required by law or if PlayWatts has a reasonable cause to do so. In case of account deletion, whether initiated by PlayWatts or requested by the user, all data, content and information related to the user will be deleted within a reasonable period of time defined by PlayWatts. Some content may be kept not longer than necessary if required by law or if required to protect PlayWatts's interests. Shared content which has been saved by other users may not be deleted.

PlayWatts may modify the Terms and conditions whenever PlayWatts requires to. Users will be notified to accept and agree on this new Terms and Conditions and it will be effective on the date mentioned by PlayWatts. If a User does not accept the new Terms and conditions, his account may be removed by PlayWatts.

PlayWatts will not be liable for any damage or loss incurred by a user to other users or to third party services. User engaged in any unlawful usage of our services will be deemed fully responsible and liable towards the law and PlayWatts will not carry all nor any liability. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of Singapore. Any conflicts between Users and PlayWatts that arise from or in connection with the Service shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Court as the court of first instance.

PlayWatts has zero tolerance for any objectional content or abusive comments by its users. Any users found in breach of this will be automatically removed from PlayWatts.
